6” burger press, made to our specification from 4mm thick stainless steel and weighing a collosal 767g making it the heaviest and most robust on the market!
& a 4” wide griddle scraper (8" long) with knife edge for perfect scraping without leaving that delicious crust behind!

Not to be confused with similar looking cheaper products on eBay & Amazon from China, we developed this set in-house as we struggled to find anything on the market that we were truly happy using when we go out training new shops!
