Sujuk or sucuk is a dry, lightly spiced sausage which is cured and fermented. It is widely consumed in several Turkish, Balkan, Middle Eastern and Central Asian cuisines and is similar to pepperoni.
The key ingredient to make amazing breakfast Shakshuka, and comes pre-sliced for your convenience! Also great on pizzas, salads & sandwiches.
Produced in Belgium to exacting standards. 102g of Halal beef meat is used to make 100g of Sucuk!
Packed in a protective atmosphere, a single 300g sucuk sausage packed in a convenient vacuum pouch, minimising packaging waste and protecting the contents.
Cooking instructions:
Simply slice and place the meat onto a hot pan. Because of the fat within sucuk, there is no need to cook it in hot oil – it produces its own. Sausage skin is not edible, please remove & discard.
