Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated (0–5°C) and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
Vacuum-packed for freshness. Upon opening, a slight odour may be present due to the absence of oxygen — this is normal and will dissipate shortly once exposed to air.
Every effort has been made to remove bone fragments; however, some may remain.
🍽️ Cooking Guidelines (From Chilled)
For best results, remove from refrigeration and packaging for up to 20 minutes before cooking.
Preheat oven to 160°C / Fan 150°C / Gas Mark 3.
Place lamb shanks in an ovenproof dish, add stock or sauce, cover, and cook for 2–2½ hours until tender.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving for maximum tenderness.
