Blazing Blends - Original Chicken Fry Mix BULK 12.5kg

A delicious Southern-style chicken fry mix from Blazing Blends!

Ingredients:

Flour [WHEAT (GLUTEN), Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Pepper, Whey (MILK) Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder

Allergies:
WHEAT (GLUTEN), CELERY, MILK

Cooking Instructions:

1. Dry chicken with kitchen paper, cut into pieces then dip both sides in whisked egg or milk/buttermilk. For Food Safety, we do not advise washing raw chicken due to risk of cross-contamination.
2. Put the Blazing Blends Fry Mix in a container, add the chicken pieces and mix together until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.

Double-dip if you require an extra crunchy end product!

3. Deep fry the chicken pieces for 15 minutes, turning half way through cooking or oven bake on a lightly greased baking tray at 200C (392F) for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through cooking. Ensure juices run clear and chicken is cooked through prior to serving.

Internal temp for chicken should be minimum 75°C
